MEASUREMENT
Measure you head circumference around your forehead and above your eyebrows and ears. If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, just use a string and then measure the string after you find the length. An average head is about 23 inches male and 22 inches female for reference. Once measured, you can select your size from the drop down box. Since the helmet is sized according to head circumference, you may have to add additional padding to have a snug comfortable fit.
